Certification

Before going live, sales channels must complete the certification process during integration. Create a reservation for every certification scenario listed below, fill in the corresponding reservation details, and send the completed results by email to [email protected] for review and approval.

Certification Guidelines​

  • Create a booking for each scenario using the details provided below, and share the request and response logs of every booking with our team.
  • Do not cancel any of the bookings until they have been reviewed. Our team will notify you once you may proceed with the cancellations.
  • Create the bookings using refundable rates, and enter TEST in both the name and surname fields.
  • Certification must be performed using your production (prod) credentials. Use the prod credentials that were previously shared with you.

How to Complete Certification​

  1. Run a search and create a reservation for each scenario below, using the specified room/pax configuration, hotel code and nationality.
  2. Record every field under Reservation Details for each scenario (Voucher, Client Reference ID, Check-in, Check-out, Room Type, Board Type, Price and Cancellation policy).
  3. Compile all scenarios and their reservation details, then email them to [email protected].
  4. Our team reviews the submission and confirms certification before you are enabled for production.
Important

The request and response logs for all reservations are required. Please make sure to capture and include the complete request and response logs for every booking created during certification.
